Jurong Lake District is next BIG THING in Singapore! It will be the GATEWAY TO ASIA!

With the latest announcement from PM Lee during his National Day 2014 Rally speech, Jurong Lake District will undergo a transformation to further enhance the quality lifestyle with new amenities, edutainment, leisure and entertainment venues, gardens and quality housing options and possibility of the High Speed Railway terminus between Singapore and Malaysia.

Future Jurong Lake gardens will meld science, technology and horticulture where science is a fun sensory experience.

The new world class science centre, crown of Jurong Lake, could inspire the kids to turn dreams into reality as well as show-casing cutting-edge researches. 

PM Lee had identified Jurong Lake District as the possible site for the terminus of the proposed high speed rail between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Such a transportation hub will cement the importance of Jurong Lake District as well as act as a gateway to Asean countries!

Such transformation will attract more businesses, developers and investors. This will translate into better rental and great property value appreciation.

More connections will be made to the two garden islands within the lake so that residents and visitors can better access the green open spaces in the gardens. The gardens will be transformed into attractive sanctuaries for rest and relaxation.
